Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels or browser storage, and its fonts, images and scripts are all served from this website and not from other companies.
Because nothing is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner to answer. If that changes, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company or store, your monthly orders if you choose to give them, and a description of your products and requirements.
When you submit, your answers are sent securely to Web3Forms, which processes and delivers them to our enquiry inbox. Web3Forms may store submissions and process them outside the UK as described in its privacy policy and data processing agreement. We do not store submissions in this website.
How we use enquiry details
We use what you send to reply to you, to work out whether we are a good fit for your products, and to set up a working relationship if you decide to go ahead. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where it applies, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your details.
Who sees them
Enquiries arrive in our business email and are read by the people at Bytomic Distribution Limited who deal with new clients. Our email provider handles them as part of providing that service, and may process information outside the UK.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for our business records or to meet legal obligations. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it once we have no further reason to keep it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, the host’s servers process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages requested, so that pages can be delivered and the service kept secure. We do not use that information to identify you or to build a profile of you.
Parcels we send for brands
This notice is about this website. If you received a parcel that we dispatched, we handled your delivery details on behalf of the brand you ordered from. That brand decides how your details are used, and its privacy notice applies to your order.
Your rights
UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To use any of these, use our contact form or write to our registered office.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page when the way the website works changes, and change the date at the top.
