Is my product a good fit?
We are set up for small, fast-moving products: compact items that sell steadily online, to trade customers, or both. If yours are bulky, hazardous or need temperature control, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can help.
Can you send wholesale orders as well as single parcels?
Yes. D2C parcels and B2B orders are picked from the same stock, so you are not splitting inventory between two providers.
We already use another fulfilment company. How do we switch?
We begin by mapping how your orders, stock and shipping work today. Then we agree a date for stock to arrive, book it in and confirm each connection before orders are pointed at us. The plan and the timing are agreed with you, not assumed.
Will our packaging be used?
Tell us how you want your parcels to arrive. Custom packaging and kitting depend on the work involved, so we scope them with you during onboarding instead of selling them as a standard service.
Which sales channels can you connect to?
We run on ShipHero, which offers connections for platforms including Shopify and Amazon. How your own store connects is confirmed as part of onboarding, before go-live.
What about TikTok Shop?
Talk to us about your Shopify-connected workflow. The connection is checked as part of onboarding, and we confirm it only once it has been tested for your store.
Which carriers take the parcels?
DPD, DHL, Royal Mail and Evri are the carriers we discuss with new clients. The carrier and service for your parcels are agreed during onboarding.
Is there a minimum order volume?
We do not publish one. Tell us your monthly orders and product range and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right size of operation for you.
